Wizard of Oz is often the second NPC new players interact with; with the addition of more aggressive defences Dorothy can often immobilise new players for several minutes after a successful attack on it's bank ports using a counterAttackWatch. The counterAttackWatch works by observing the bank port and if the health falls below a certain value, begins a counter attack against the attacking port; the only side effect of this is downtime waiting for your ports to heal and the possibility of overheating your CPU.
